Introducing Mark Harverson
With more than 15 years’ experience working on a broad cross section of asbestos related projects and remediation, Mark is the Director and lead consulting surveyor for Four Paddock Ltd. Talk to Mark, and you will quickly find that find that he has a real passion for property and people.
As Director, Mark is responsible for delivering surveys and driving new business for the company. He has ambitious plans for Four Paddock and intends to grow it into one of the leading asbestos consultancies in the South.

Training & Expertise
Mark was trained by market leaders Casella & Associated Group Companies between 1997 and 2001. During that time, he was given the responsibility for organising, conducting and implementing asbestos surveys and sampling, for clients such as Southampton University, City and County Councils along with Housing Associations.
During his time with Casella, Mark gained international experience over several months while running the surveys of a major oil company in Bahrain and with the Swedish Army in Sarajevo.
His knowledge gained with Casella extends to bulk analysis and air testing, along with overseeing removal contractors and their work.
After joining Hchem Limited in 2002 as a Project Coordinator and Lead Surveyor, Mark was charged with coordinating all survey and sampling undertaken by the company, along with compiling and producing full client reports. His time with Hchem also saw him act as the central point of client liaison and implementation of an on-site work schedule and its health and safety.
Mark joined Breeze Environmental Consultants Ltd in 2003, developing the business as Business Development Manager, surveying and consulting for many clients before leaving and opening Four Paddock Limited in 2014.
